A Deluxe Apartment in the Sky

Posts have been few and far between lately as I’m in the process of moving. Yes. Moving.

The great thing is that when you tell people that you are moving, they always get this grief-stricken look on their face. It reminds me of the look you get when you tell someone that you have a dentist appointment or that your pet hamster died.

So, while moving is a giant pain in the ass, actually relocating is going to be awesome. I’m leaving my inland party house for a cozy beach apartment in Orange County–the OC if you will.

In other news, the Dave Matthews Band is making its way to SoCal next week. Unlike the five or six shows I usually attend, this year, I’m only able to catch Sunday night’s concert in Carson. While I’m bummed that I’ll only be seeing the guys once, the bright side is that Ben Harper and The Black Eyed Peas are going to be “opening” for Dave. The event is shaping up to be more of a music festival than a single concert…pretty jazzed about that.

In the meantime, does anyone know where I can find some boxes?
