Paperback Writer

A few days ago I made my first purchase on bn.com. While I love amazon.com, Barnes & Noble had the books I needed at almost half the price. So how was my first experience at B&N? Let’s just say that if it wasn’t for the good deal (and a handy code from Josh) I would have given up half-way through the account creation process. What the heck is wrong with bn.com? Have they seen amazon’s site? From browsing, to researching, to purchasing Amazon just gets it right from start to end.

ATTN Mr. Barnes or Mr. Noble:

Unless you plan on beating amazon.com’s prices by 50% everytime, you’ve got to rehaul your site. Immediately.

Thanks for the tip. Checked it out but the books I needed either were backorder/outofstock or really pricey. It looks good though for more general titles (I was textbook shopping).

    Go indie…
