What an awesome weekend this has been. After spending last weekend moving and this week balancing school and unpacking, I was really looking forward to Friday night. I met a good friend for beverages and it was great to get to talk about life, love, religion, politics, etc with such an intelligent and caring person. It’s amazing how much you can learn about yourself when you’re with the right company.
Afterwards, I met up with a bunch of kids from Redlands. We hung out until the early morning hours and ended our night with a very late dinner (or very early breakfast depending how you look at it). They were all University of Redlands students who had just finished their last day of finals. Needless to say, we had more than our share of memorable moments. So, maybe the (909) isn’t half bad after all…I guess it just depends on who you surround yourself with.
