if you’re in a band and you’re trying to make a video for a love song, you should stop b/c “first day of my life” is perfect. showing all combinations of couples in love, bright eyes has made the definitive ‘love song video’.

    Anyway, that’s the one I think The Boy and I are as well…

    And, I just want to say, as a testament to how amazing both the song & video are that The Boy, the one who HATES Bright Eyes, wondered over when I started watching, sat down next to me, started nuzzling me, and not once complained about either the song or the video.

    AND HE H.A.T.E.S. Bright Eyes.

    Pretty amazing, huh?
