today i learned that if i sing-along to a dixie chicks song while looking at buster that he will lower his head and growl. the face he makes looks something like this:

when i stop singing, he comes over and tries to lick my ears as if to say, “do yours hurt too?”

after school i was wildly hungry so i went and had thai food at ranu. as i was eating my steamed rice i remembered this quote by mitch:
