on thursday night, brandon and i went to see artie lange on his west coast weekend. we had a great time, despite a cabbie who complained the ENTIRE way to the casino. (apparently a $30 trip at 630pm on an idle thursday is something to bitch about.)

the room they had setup in the casino looked more suited for an insurance convention than a comedy venue; nonetheless, we had great seats and artie came on stage and threw down a solid hour-long set.

when the house lights came on, i rushed the stage rabid-fan-style and artie signed my ticket stub and even gave me a handshake b/c he could tell i was down.

oh and tomorrow is brandon’s birthday and that means that i’m going to spend the day celebrating. having a brother is the only way to roll. happy birthday, bdo!
