I love Louis C.K.
In this clip from Conan, Louis hypothesizes that, “…we live in an amazing world that is wasted on a generation of spoiled idiots.”
I couldnt agree more.

so tonight sarah silverman was on Jay Leno which feels like it should be be illegal in at least 48 states.
nonetheless, she was able to promote her pro-obama video “the great schlep” which is both politcal & comedy genius.
next week, when obama wins, i’m going to invite sarah to my election-after-party.
whom better to deliver this message than Reagan himself?
if you missed last night’s SNL special, then you’ve got to take a look at Fred Armisen’s take on the election “magic map”.
my favorite quote: “dont forget we can shrink it and put it in your pocket if you need to…”
today, funny or die brings us this video gem from hayden panettiere (the cheerleader from heroes).
included in this clip is her smiling face, an endorsement for john mccain and multiple instances of the f-bomb…in other words, it is my favorite internet video of all time.
here’s a great video by the crew at bloggerinterrupted.com that was shot at a recent McCain/Palin rally in Ohio.
the results are simply stunning.
Last night on Countdown, the MSNBC crew put together a nice video of Gov. Palin’s greatest hits.
In honor of tonight’s VP debate, I’m passing this video along for your enjoyment.
you’re welcome.
so i’ve spent the past few weekends traveling around w/ laine and the pretty girl. most recently, we enjoyed the dave matthews band live at the greek theatre in berkeley, ca.
at some point on night #2, laine saw me struggling to hold my camera straight for longer that 2.2 seconds. lucky for you she decided to take over filming duties and caught this super-hard-to-find-rare-collectors-edition of the “fuzzy wuzzy” improv.
now arent you glad i like red wine and laine likes being sober?
why wasnt this on during the superbowl? oh, right.
so the trailer for the bill maher/larry charles documentary “religulous” is up and it may be the greatest thing i’ve ever seen.
literally counting the days.
so did you guys catch last night’s ‘daily show’?
the guest was former bush-whitehouse-troll scott McClellan. before McClellan came out the real hilarity ensued when Fred Schneider from the B52’s gave his interpretation of how the audio version of scotty’s book should have sounded.
if you need me, i’ll be busy listening to old b52’s tracks the rest of the evening.
so guess what today is? watch this video with the sound turned UP and hang out until at least the 1minute mark, where it really kicks in.
you can call me dr. onelonelysuccess.
Ph.D FTW!!!!
damn the video for deathcab’s single “i will possess your heart” is awesome. let’s see…hot hipster chick walking around in slow motion CHECK…band playing in the freezing cold with wet instruments CHECK…3 minute long bass-line intro CHECK.
i liked it so much i bought the full-on-high-quality-version from iTunes for $2 and that rarely happens.
i’ve never been a huge fan of john mayer’s music; that being said, the guy is fuck hilarious. check out the latest video from funnyordie.com or an episode of “john mayer has a tv show“.
favorite line: “have all the chords in music been found? some say ‘yes’. i say, not so fast, asshole”
easily the best of the 2008 april fool’s day pranks was ben gibbard and his new band “just jazzin“.
best line: “head. note. hand…OUT”
ok so stonebraker just pointed me to this youtube video titled “what’s your favorite curse word?” and it has all these celebrities giving their…well…favorite curse word.
it lasts 1min and 14secs and is the greatest video i have ever seen. (it’s even better than that obama ‘yes we can’ video).
so what’s your favorite “bad word”?
the best part of ABC’s oscars night coverage was when the oscars ended and the crypt-keeper’s special decided to die a lonely death, because jimmy kimmel stole the evening.
his “special guest” was ben affleck and HIGH-larity ensued…oh and if you havent seen the “i’m fucking matt damon” video then you should watch this and then cancel your internet connection b/c you’re not making good use of it.
here’s jimmy and ben’s response to sarah’s LUST:
awesome.
last week i heard a track from the new “editors” album ‘an end has a start‘ called “smokers outside the hospital doors“.
the song immediately got stuck in my head and i thought i would pass along the recommendation of the band/album/single to those passing by…check it out!
enjoy.
